Α' Recipe for Muffins
INGREDIENTS
• 1000 gr. NOUVELLE Mix
• 300 gr. Eggs
• 250 gr. Sunflower oil
• 200 gr. Water
• 150 gr. Chocolate Chips (optional)
Β' Recipe for Muffins
INGREDIENTS
• 1000 gr. NOUVELLE Mix
• 200 gr. Eggs
• 220 gr. Sunflower oil
• 200 gr. Strained Yogurt
• 200 gr. Water
• 150 gr. Chocolate Chips (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together for 5 minutes at the 2nd speed with the beater.
Add the chocolate chips at the end.
Place 120 gr. of the mixture in tulip-shaped molds.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
NOTE
Baking times may vary depending on your oven type.
