INGREDIENTS

• 700 gr. AROMA Mix
• 300 gr. Flour Type 70% N2 Soft MARRAS MILLS
*B*
• 640 gr. Water
• 480 gr. Sunflower oil
• 200 gr. Eggs
PREPARATION METHOD
Mix the ingredients in part A, then add the ingredients in part B. Stir with a whisk for half a minute (1/2’) until the ingredients are homogenized.
The Waffle Mix is ready; bake, garnish, and serve.
With AROMA Mix, you can also make Olive Oil Cake, Orange Pie, Walnut Pie, Apple Pie, Pancakes, Ravani, Muffins, Apple Muffins, and Cookies.
