INGREDIENTS
• 2000 gr. NOUVELLE Mix
• 700 gr. Eggs
• 500 gr. Sunflower Oil
• 500-550 gr. Water
PREPARATION METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together at the 1st speed for 1 minute, then for 5 minutes at the 2nd speed using the whisk.
For a conventional oven: bake at 170-180°C for about 45 minutes.
For a convection oven: bake at 160-170°C for about 40 minutes.
NOTE
Baking times are for molds of 500 grams, and the degrees vary depending on your oven's type.
