Vanilla Cream Cake Marriz

INGREDIENTS

• 2000 gr. Vanilla Mix
• 700 gr. Eggs
• 600 gr. Sunflower Oil
• 550-600 gr. Water

For cocoa cake:

• Total Water 590-640 gr.
• Cocoa 160 gr.

PREPARATION METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together at the 1st speed for one (1) minute, then for 5 minutes at the 2nd speed using the whisk.

For conventional oven: Bake at 170-180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
For convection oven: Bake at 160-170°C for about 40 minutes.

CAUTION

Ensure that the eggs are not frozen (ambient temperature).

NOTE

Baking times are for molds of 500 grams, and the degrees vary depending on your oven's type.
