INGREDIENTS
• 850 gr. AROMA Mix
• 150 gr.Fine Semolina + 100 gr. Coarse Semolina
or
• 250 gr. Fine Semolina
• 6 gr. Baking Powder
• 400 gr. Sunflower Oil
• 400 gr. Water
• 100 gr. Eggs
• 5 gr. Cinnamon
• 5 gr. Clove
• 250-300 gr. Crushed Walnuts
• 10 gr. Cocoa (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
Except for the walnuts, mix all the ingredients together for 5 minutes at the 2nd speed with the whisk. Add the walnuts and mix for a short while. Bake at 170-180°C for about 40 minutes. Cut and syrup with slightly warm syrup at 30° Baumé.
SUGGESTION FOR SYRUP
• 500 gr. Water
• 1000 gr. Sugar
• 300 gr. Glucose
NOTE
Baking times vary depending on the dish, and the degrees vary according to your oven's type.
