INGREDIENTS

• 500 gr. AROMA mixture
• 500 gr. Soft type 70% N2 Flour MARRAS MILLS
*B*
• 500 gr. Water
• 500 gr. Milk
PREPARATION METHOD
We mix all the ingredients together for 3-4 minutes at the 2nd speed with the beater.
We work a little with the A ingredients, then add the B ingredients and mix with the whisk for half (1/2) minute until the ingredients are homogenized.
The pancake mixture is ready, and we bake, garnish, and serve. Cut and drizzle with slightly warm syrup at 30˚C.
With the AROMA mixture, you can also make Olive Oil Cake, Orange Pie, Walnut Pie, Apple Pie, Waffles, Muffins, Apple Bites, and Revani.
