INGREDIENTS
• 2000 gr. MARRIZ Mix
• 900 gr. Soft margarine for baking
or
• 700 γρ. Soft Margarine for Baking
• 200 gr. Butter
• 900 gr. Eggs
• 300 gr. Finely Chopped Walnuts
• Orange Zest (optional)
• Vanilla or other flavor of your choice (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
Mix all the ingredients except for the chopped walnuts for 7 minutes at the 2nd speed using the whisk. Reduce to the 1st speed, add the chopped walnuts, and mix for an additional 1 minute.
For conventional oven: Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
For convection oven: Bake at 170°C for approximately 40 minutes.
CAUTION
Ensure that the margarine and eggs are not frozen (room temperature).
NOTE
Baking times vary depending on the dish, and the degrees vary according to your oven's type.
